Meet your new lash guru, Erica

I've been a lash artist since 2015 and have since created a successful lash business as a solo artist. I started my lash product line, Simply Lash several years in to my business and have watched it double in revenue year after year. 

I was a speaker at the Lash Biz Babes Lash Conference 2023, as well as sponsored several Lash Conferences and Events. 

I grew my lash business as a mom of 3 kids and started when I was 28 years old. I care about working women in this industry who are busy and want to be successful in both their businesses, and their families. I don't believe in hustling 24/7 or missing out on time with your family. 

This business allowed me to spend every weekend and evening with my family, as well as provide for us and create lifelong memories. 

Since growing my solo business, I've created a product line as well as education side of my business to support other lash artists who want to successfully grow their businesses too! 

Your Lash Business doesn't need to be all-consuming or exhausting. What is the point of having a financially successful business if you're stressed out all the time? I believe in doing what you love and building a business that works FOR YOU.
